EOFY SALE — TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Effective for the promotional period commencing 23 June. 

1. GENERAL 

1.1  These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the STAX End of Financial Year Sale ("Sale"). By placing an order or making a purchase during the Sale period, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1.2  STAX reserves the right to modify, extend, or conclude the Sale at any time without prior notice. 

1.3  The Sale is available online at www.stax.com.au and in participating STAX retail stores, subject to the conditions set out below. 

1.4  Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any right or guarantee you may have under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL"), including any consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded. 

2. SALE ACCESS & SCHEDULE 

2.1  The Sale will operate across the following access periods:

2.2  VIP Early Access (23 June, 7:00pm AEST): Eligible VIP customers will receive access to Sale pricing online prior to the general launch. VIP access is non-transferable. 

2.3  General Sale Launch (24 June, 9:00am AEST): The Sale will be open to all customers online and in participating STAX retail stores from this time. 

2.4  STAX reserves the right to extend or conclude the Sale at its discretion. Any extension will be communicated via STAX’s website and marketing channels. 

3. PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS 

3.1  The following discounts apply to eligible products during the Sale period: 

  • 50% off sitewide on eligible products. 

  • Black and Grey Marle Solfleece products: 40% off. 

3.2  The following products are excluded from all Sale discounts and will be sold at full retail price: 

  • Stage Girl collection. 

  • Gift cards. 

3.3  Discounts apply to the marked retail price at the time of the Sale and will be reflected automatically at checkout. 

3.4  All discounts are subject to stock availability. STAX does not guarantee the availability of any particular product or size during the Sale period. 

4. DISCOUNT STACKING & CODES 

4.1  Sale discounts cannot be combined or “stacked” with any other promotional discount or offer unless expressly permitted under these Terms. 

4.2  No additional discount codes will be active or accepted during the Sale period, except as set out in clauses 4.3 and 4.4. 

4.3  Loyalty vouchers, gift cards, and store credits may be used in conjunction with Sale pricing. 

4.4  Most influencer and affiliate referral codes will remain active during the Sale. Where active, all such codes will be capped at 10% off and will apply to the already-discounted Sale price (not the original retail price). STAX reserves the right to deactivate individual codes without notice. 

5. IN-STORE PURCHASES 

5.1  Sale pricing will be available in all participating STAX retail stores from 24 June during regular trading hours. 

5.2  Liverpool Store — Archive Sale: The STAX Liverpool store will feature a selection of archival items that have been pre-discounted. These items will be available at a further 50% off the already-reduced archival price during the Sale period. Archival items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange except where required by the ACL. 

5.3  In-store purchases are subject to the same exclusions and discount conditions set out in clause 3. 

6. PRE-SALE PRODUCTS 

6.1  A selection of products, including a number of best-selling styles, will be available for purchase on a pre-sale basis during the Sale period. 

6.2  By purchasing a pre-sale item, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

  • Estimated wait times vary from 2–6 weeks from the date of order. 

  • Wait times are estimates only and are subject to change due to production schedules, supplier lead times, or logistics circumstances beyond STAX’s reasonable control. 

  • STAX will notify you via email once your pre-sale order has been dispatched. 

6.3  STAX will endeavour to fulfil pre-sale orders as promptly as possible and may dispatch ahead of the estimated timeframe where circumstances allow. 

6.4  If STAX is unable to fulfil a pre-sale order, you will be notified and provided with a full refund to your original payment method in accordance with the ACL. 

7. SHIPPING 

7.1  Increased order volumes during the Sale period may result in shipping delays beyond STAX’s standard dispatch timeframes. STAX will endeavour to minimise delays but cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date during this period. 

7.2  Customers who select Express Shipping at checkout will have their order dispatched via Australia Post Express. While Express Shipping prioritises dispatch and transit, delivery timeframes remain subject to Australia Post’s network conditions and are not guaranteed. 

7.3  Standard free shipping thresholds and rates will apply as displayed at checkout. 

7.4  STAX is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched. Any claims for lost or damaged parcels should be raised directly with the relevant carrier, and STAX will reasonably assist where it is able to do so. 

8. GIFTS WITH PURCHASE 

8.1  No gifts with purchase will be available during the Sale period. Any gift-with-purchase promotions are suspended for the duration of the Sale. 

9. RETURNS & REFUNDS 

9.1  All change-of-mind purchases made during the Sale are final sale. STAX will not issue cash refunds for change of mind on Sale items. 

9.2  Customers may be eligible to return Sale items for store credit to the value of the amount paid, in accordance with STAX’s standard returns policy. 

9.3  Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

9.4  Your rights under the ACL are not affected by these Terms. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL regardless of whether the item was purchased on sale. This may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the failure. 

9.5  To initiate a return, please contact STAX customer service via www.stax.com.au within the applicable timeframe. 

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

10.1  To the maximum extent permitted by law, STAX’s liability to you in connection with the Sale is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product(s). 

10.2  STAX excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Sale, including reliance on promotional communications or delays in dispatch or delivery. 

10.3  Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the ACL or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. 

11. GENERAL 

11.1  These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. 

11.2  If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect. 

11.3  STAX’s failure to enforce any right under these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right. 

11.4  These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and STAX in relation to the Sale and supersede any prior representations or communications.
